Our hamburger patties are made from our 100% grass fed ground beef. Each patty has the ideal ratio of lean to fat for a juicy bite no matter how you like your burger cooked. The all-grass diet of the steers leads to deep beefy flavor and lots of healthy fat.
Our patties are pre-formed so all you have to do is cook them. Grass fed beef cooks a bit faster than grain fed beef due to less fat overall so make sure to keep a close eye on your patties as they cook. We recommend cooking the burgers over high heat on the grill or in a cast iron skillet.
